Ricardo 2ffce9a74f fix: correct invalid icon names and date filter issue ...

- Replace invalid icons (edit→updatePost, discover→syndicate, refresh→repost)
- Remove date("relative") filter that fails on Date objects
- Bump to 1.0.25
