dateDisplay: 16,935 calls → ~2,350 unique dates cached (Map + eleventy.before clear)
date: 33,025 calls → ~2,350 unique date+format combos cached
isoDate: 9,696 calls → same memoization pattern

youtube-link-to-embed: single includes("youtu") replaces two separate
substring scans on 15-50KB HTML per page.
