chore(patches): remove obsolete webmention-sender-content-scope patch
@rmdes/indiekit-endpoint-webmention-sender@1.0.8 ships `$.root()` natively. The old buggy `const scope = contentRoot ?? $` no longer exists upstream. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
