svemagie 461694fd7d feat: update changelog tabs to Features / Fixes / Other ...

Aligns with backend patch that categorises commits by message prefix
rather than repo name. Drops Core, Deployment, Theme, Endpoints,
Syndicators, Post Types, Presets tabs.
