feat: add "Edit this post" button to FAB menu

Browse Source 
When viewing a post that has mpUrl in its frontmatter, the FAB menu
shows an "Edit this post" link at the top that redirects to the
Indiekit admin edit form via /posts/edit?url=<mpUrl>.
