Subject: [PATCH] Move introduction video to top of What Is Substrate section

- Moved video and blog post links to very top of intro section
- Placed right after '## What Is Substrate?' heading
- Removed old Media section (was at bottom of README)
- Video now prominently featured for first-time visitors
